I never intended it to be a year until I offered another online class, but that’s been the way it worked out. This course will be craft-oriented and much shorter than last summer’s Shakespeare: two weeks this time. If you’re interested, check it out, and feel free to spread the word.
Course Outline
Two-week intensive course outlining the principles and importance of pacing in fiction, featuring lectures on technique and theory, examples, exercises, and discussion. Optional private instructor critique of student work regarding pacing of up to 50,000 words for additional fee. This course is suitable for both beginning and advanced writers, both published and unpublished, focusing on individual growth and practice within a group setting.
